Set beside the sea and overlooking playing fields, The Clubhouse offers one of Seaford’s most flexible and welcoming venues for hire. Whether you’re hosting a business event, family celebration, or community gathering, our bright, spacious function room provides the perfect setting with the option to book by the hour, with or without bar service.
Available throughout the week, The Clubhouse is especially suited to mid-week events when the rugby club is quieter. Recent hires have included National Trust talks, BNI breakfast meetings, and charity AGMs, all taking advantage of the relaxed setting and excellent facilities.

The Clubhouse can be hired on an hourly basis to suit your schedule and budget. Please contact us with your details and numbers, and we will supply a quote. A guide to prices are below with a 10% discount for paying club members.

For those bringing in their own catering, we offer use of our fully equipped kitchen for an additional £50 fee for storage, plating, or food preparation. To use the full kitchen facilities there is an extra charge.
If you’re using an external catering van or hog roast, this also includes access to kitchen facilities for the same additional fee.
Events including a large number of people celebrating with alcohol may require an additional two door staff. Prices will be quoted depending on timings, and must be paid for in advance.
